Christmas celebrated at Ashagram with Prayer and flavour. Celebrations began at 7pm with prayer service and it was concluded with Dinner Delight for the whole family of Ashagram. Director Fr. Thomas Thadathil MCBS was the chief celebrant of the day assisted by Fr. Arun Kathampayil MCBS, Sr.Fabiola SD, Sr.Aida SD, and Sr.Annie Therese SD.
Christmas 2022 Celebrations at Ashagram Satara
Active participation of the members of Ashagram Family made the celebration very unique. Special dress and Christmas Cap made everyone get into the festival mood. Preparations began a week ago at Ashagram with Christmas tree decorations and special lightings. Christmas Crib was set on a vast open area with lot of lighting and other christmas icons.
More than one hundred intellectually disabled inmates are there at Ashagram. All of them are housed in separate blocks with special faculties to take care of them. Dedicated sisters take care of the ladies block. Boys are managed by a special team of faculties. It is a treat for your eyes when you visit Ashagram on any day. And Fateher Thomas takes the experience of Ashgram Rehabilitation Center to a different level.One or the other activies keep happening at Ashagram, Satara.
